Most of the time, your order will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because I'm a one-man company, sometimes it might take a little longer, but I'm doing my best!
We use Poczta Polska tracked priority mail. If you would like to receive your tracking number, please contact us using the contact form or via email at: [email protected].
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the postal service, but if that happens, let us know and we'll do our best to find a solution. :)
Shipping costs depend on the number of products you would like to order and where you're located. Prices start at €8.50 for a single product.
Shipping times depend on your location. Usually, delivery takes around 7 business days within the EU and up to 10 business days for the rest of the world.
SHIPPING TO THE USA!!!
Because of the current tariff situation, our regular shipping method has been suspended until further notice. At the moment, the only reasonably priced shipping option is to send your order in a combined shipment with many other US orders. The shipment is sent to my friend in the United States, who then distributes the individual orders within the country.
This shipment is sent every 4–6 weeks. Shipping individual orders directly to the USA is quite expensive (around €35). If you would prefer your order to be shipped separately and are happy to cover the higher shipping cost, please let us know via email!
We are a sibling brand of INU KINGDOMS (inukingdoms.bigcartel.com). Orders from both brands are shipped from the same warehouse. If you would like to combine orders from both brands, just let us know via email or leave a note at checkout!
